The $12 million renovation project is designed to create a flexible, year-round destination that seamlessly integrates pedestrians and vehicles, promotes engagement and inclusion, and revitalizes the downtown promenade along the river.
Key features include a covered river overlook, improved accessibility, additional green spaces, seating areas, snowmelt systems, and spaces for weddings and other events.
